The Sepacore Flash Systems X10 and X50 are fully automated systems providing the following functionalities:

Sepacore Flash System X10

System for fully automated binary gradient flash chromatography at a pressure up to 10 bar / 145 psi. Includes:

- 2 x C-601 Pump Modules: flow rate up to 250 ml/min at max. 10 bar (145 psi)
- Control Unit C-620 in SepacoreControl Package: allows complete system control and data handling
o User-friendly computer interface
o Quick method set up
o On the fly parameter changes
o Convenient column, rack and solvent management
o Post-run evaluation (peak tracking)
o Report customisation
- Fraction Collector C-660: allows collection according to time, volume or peak, collection of up to 12 litres in a maximum of 240 glass tubes, teach-in function for customised racks.
- Set of 4 racks FC30 for 4x30 tubes 50 ml 26 mm diameter
- 20 glass tubes 50 ml for FC30
- Waste Diverter Valve allowing to divert flow to waste during tube change or between peaks.
- UV-Vis detetctor C-640, 4 wavelengths
- Chromatography Table for the integration of 2 pump modules, a detector and a fraction collector.
- Single Injection Unit: six way valve for sample loading, for connection of Sample Loop, Sample Chamber or Prep Elut Column.
- Sample Loop 20 ml
- Set of silica Sepacore Flash cartridges (12, 25 and 40 g)

This system does not include the computer.
